No Closure

Thou shall not kill
Divine command it Is
Yet uniformed Armed land forces Will not budge
Drunken by smoking
Iron in hand
Ants more valuable

Thou shall not kill
We learnt as young As five
Yet, land forces fed
Off our sweats
Pay deaf ears

Thou shall not kill
They ignore in year
Twenty-twenty at The toll
Not minding a Mother’s wail and Broken heart
They defy the law
Piercing many a Heart

Thou shall not kill
They disregard Taking vibrant Innocent lives in the Wake
Moving bodies to God knows where
Heartless in their Duty more like Effigies with no Blood

A dead child is Better than a lost One
For therein there is Closure
Stop ! Think how Mothers will Fare
Pause! Think just How will Mothers heal?
