Jaws 7

April 25, 2026

Seven-year-old jaws are very very sweet
Shark-shielded gaps are nestling
Between apprentice teeth

Upper maxillary, lower mandible, with
CentralInsicorFirstBicuspid___LateralCanine
On retreat

Bunch some sevens together
You’ll find the missing fleet
Thread the fallen together
To make Kali’s new wreathe
Yashodha scolds open Krishna’s mouth
The universe lies underneath

Cliche: Eyes are windows to the soul
Lost teeth to lifeforce beneath
Enamel, dentin, cementum, encased in gummy sheath

Aching, exquisite, beauty of:
The inchoate, the imperfect, the incomplete.
